My Loan Officer is a Scammer!

I tried to get a loan from Southern Commercial Properties, LLC and it turns out they’re based in Africa scamming would-be borrowers.

Be careful who you get your loans from. I certainly wouldn’t recommend scploan.com!

  1. Hey! I got a similar officer, insisting they can give a very low rate and zero closing costs….on my paid off house! I will, however, have to pay a small processing fee of $685. I ask where to send the payment. Amazingly, their bank wants to be paid fees in iTunes gift cards! Whaaaaat?!

Thanks for such great videos. Happy crashing, scammers!

  2. i got screen shot of one for you can i send the jpeg…. its facebook one with number and her story is one of the best iv read just one big progressive guilt trip

  3. Why the idiot scammer from Nigeria didn't choose an easier state to pronounce to be from is beyond me. New York is probably one of the most popular known states to people not from here. It's also real easy to pronounce.

  4. I don't wanna sound offensive but all these tricks are what your grand fathers did to all black fathers to extort gold and silver fro us and even enslave us tf with you y'all

  5. Thanks Ben…….I really appreciate what ya doing am also a Nigerian….. almost every young man in Nigeria is now a scammer…. please keep the good work

  6. I just refinanced my mortgage…silly me, I should have used these guys but instead I used a FDIC insured Credit Union😂

  7. seriously, is there anything that hasn't been used as a scam? i got a call from Chase bank about a potential fraud on my checking account, when I was connected to an agent, I ask her to prove she is from Chase and she couldn't, but she said she understands my concerns and I can call the number at the back of my debit card instead. turns out, it wasn't a scam, they want to verify i indeed wrote a check. Last month I got a call from a debt collecting company saying they received a collection from the apartment building i lived in 3 years ago, i thought it's a scam and hung up the phone, called that apartment building rental office and they confirmed they indeed issue a collection but it was a mistake. so i called back to the debt collection company and sent them the proof that i paid off the moving-out fee 3 years ago and the case was closed. so these days, you should just treat everything as a scam until it was proven false.
