Come in from the cold and spend an hour with us as we wrap up the week that was in Android, including more Samsung devices getting Lollipop (for better or worse, judging by our inbox), Xiaomi’s San Francisco meetup, Google “only” selling 750,000 Android Wear devices in the first six months, and we’ll answer more of your questions live.

  1. 1 bug is with Chromecast…if your casting a video to a TV using Chromecast and begin to watch a video on your device the volume control only controls the Chromecast video. Not the video I'm playing on my phone

  2. The reason people expect Androidware to do better is because they see devices like iPhones, and Android phones, and even game consoles selling by the millions and they expect all electronic devices to do the same. People seem to have this idea that any sales under one million means the device is a failure. Just because it hasn't hit or gone beyond one million in sales doesn't constitute failure. I wouldn't call it a massive success but its not a failure.

  3. I'm with Russel and Jerry. The none and all notification is no problem for me. I actually prefer it how it is now. In the past before Lollipop. If i would accidentally hit the volume button. It would change my volume setting. And it would drive me crazy when I would not hear my phone go off.  But now its all good thanks to Lollipop.

  4. Fundamental problem with 'Priority Mode':  The people you select for priority notifications (wife, husband, kids) are the ones who contact you the most about mundane things.  More notifications when you really want fewer!

  5. For the people who are saying that they've "lost their pictures" is it possible that the update cleared the selections they had selected (or checked off) prior in the "content to display" section of their settings within their gallery app?

That's the first thing I'd think and check

  6. I think it is an A-B test from Samsung to see how people prefer the sound settings so they can implement the proper one in the Galaxy S6 since that device really has so much riding on it with other manufacturers now nipping at Samsung's heels on who is going to have the best selling flagship.
