One simple question. Can Gemini perform all/most of the operations GA could?
Any truth to Google Assistant commands also being baked into Gemini? Light controls, play music on whatever speaker, view the supported doorbell, etc?

I was able to install Gemini apk from ApkMirror. And, setting up Gemini took less than a minute. And, the gestures for triggering google assistance earlier are also working now, but the UI is replaced with Gemini.

Chat Gemini is just so dumb. They sell us as so perfect and advanced but just talk with it, it s just sooooo dumb! It just a "mirror bot" mirroring what it sees, that s all.

Because they're testing different glitches We all know that maybe in 2 or 3 years. Eventually, that AI is replacing Google Assistant.
Gemini is the new google assistant, they are just testing the waters for now. Google Assistant will probably be gone soon.
Some of the decisions this company makes are mind-boggling to me!
