  21. Also the galaxy nexus was Verizon’s first phone to be equipped with 4G LTE which was amazing. One of my all time favorite phones

  23. Honorable mention to the Original Motorola Droid,though not technically a Nexus,ran Vanilla Android. My first Android device and a damn good one,before Motorola attempted to ruin Android with Moto Blur on the Droid X,Droid 2 and the next several "Droids".

  32. you didn't elaborate enough on the Nexus 6, what about the camera, wireless charging, 4k video shoot among others?

  33. So many manufacturers, SO many poor design choices, SO many weak materials… this is evidence of the lack of confidence Google feel in themselves and their weak products. If Google had ANY integrity, they'd have designed their own NON-JAVA based OS, designed and made the hardware themselves, controlled the code exclusively themselves and released products and updates in the non-fragmented, efficient manner with which Apple release theirs… except that would NEVER EVER happen – they are a search and analytics, egotistical childish company, not a focused, design-minded company, and hardware is never EVER going to be their strong point – they simply don't have the understanding or hardware design intuition and taste that Apple has, in their company at ANY level, EVER.

    All this "open" BS – gimme a break – who gives a hoot – it's just an ego massage for the utterly naive to side with. Android is broken, inefficient, fragmented, but at least it works… JUST… which is a staggering miracle.

  37. If you want a cheaper but very fast device with a great camera and very good battery life, get yourself a nexus 5x, I couldn't be happier with it 😀
