  1. Dude that is pretty dope! I want to do this in my Toyota Camry. There's just something about a tablet that is rooted and I can do whatever I want with, opposed to something that is restricted and doesn't allow you to do certain things and stop you from doing things while you're driving.. there are some operating system projects that a lot of people are working on in the Android community I can't wait for some of them to come out because they are geared for this exact same setup.

  2. Not bad. Looks very oem. You can glue it with a black silicone glue which is hella strong and durable. im very pissed off that we cant install in dash tablets on new cars with stock infotainment system ;(

  3. ground the wire from the 12 v socket… some people may not understand this and end up blowing more fuses..

  4. Just wondering if you've tackled the power button dilemma, I'm doing the same but worried that the tablet will die after a few days of not being used…. I really don't want to open up the thing to try and extend the power button but I think that may be my only option lol
