How to make a basic Android game in Unreal in 7 minutes – No code!

Read the post: http://andauth.co/Unreal7Min | In this video, Adam Sinicki will explain how to create a (very) simple 2D platformer in Unreal for Android. It’s not much – but you’ll have your own character running around with their own animations, navigating a level you designed! With full touch screen controls! From there, you can build on this broad overview with more tutorials in order to create anything you wish.

Prerequisite: you will need an environment set-up already with Unreal Engine, the Android SDK etc. You should also find or make your own sprites from somewhere.

  1. Business Opportunity in Ruvol

I have invented a Board Game [still unpublished and not yet out in the market] that I believe is guaranteed to be as challenging and exciting as CHESS. I called it “RUVOL.”

It is my hope that one day Ruvol may surpass chess as the “Number One Board Game in the World.”

The weakness of chess is it always starts in fixed positions that the opening moves become “memorizable.” In fact, not a few have so mastered the moves that they can play against their opponents “blindfolded.” It is for this very reason that the great Bobby Fischer introduced his so-called “Fischer Random Chess,” where the starting position of the pieces is “randomized” to make the memorization of openings impracticable. Fortunately, it is also for this reason that I invented Ruvol where “every game” has been calculated to be a challenging one to play.

HOW IS RUVOL PLAYED and HOW YOU CAN MONETIZE IT?

I detailed everything in my YouTube video. Here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jcqth0m3-R0

    BIG MONEY POTENTIAL IN RUVOL!

It is worthwhile to note that the people who play chess will be the same people who will play Ruvol. In my Google search, I learned there are around 800 million chess players in the world. Even just a small percentage of these 800 million is good enough to earn big money from Ruvol either as an ONLINE GAME BUSINESS or as a PHYSICAL PRODUCT DISTRIBUTOR.

    Thanks and God bless!

  2. Which version of unreal engine have you used ?
    Nice tutorial..
    I really love it.
I am of 12 years and I am trying to make a game in Unity and Unreal.
I think I can make it after watching this video..

    Thanks for uploading….

  3. Hello guys! Im considering to shift to UE4 because its just difficult to produce "beautiful graphics" in unity. In unity we have instant builds and relatively easy set up of android sdks, ndks and jdks. We could readily ship them to the play store in one day. The downside is that we need to do a lot of stuff to make a game look good whilst in UE4 you get incredible graphics right out the box, also theres the mandatory splash screen for free users. I am curious on what is your experience in UE4 android and mobile development in general?

  4. Correct.
Android studio works on one computer and does not work on the other.
Twice I updated android studio and my program quit working.

  5. I went from Buildbox to Unreal program, there was error when i was trying to create a apk file in Buildbox. You will need to do this in Android stuidio if using buildbox its alot of coding to get the apk file

  6. I am making my second game in Unity and I spend a lot of time learning C# but I wanna learn Unreal as well is blueprints more easier ? Then C#?

  7. On mobile platform especially 2D, Unity is a no brainer
    It has 2D bone-based animations, 2D lights, 2D sprite shaped, tiles, etc….
