Hey have HTC flyer but some buttons won't work why ? Do have to go setting ?

Best buy does not sell it any more. Where should I get it?
i have also used history eraser and app killer and still nothing
anybody know how to erase the multitasking? i have tried powering it down and turning it back on and it still shows up the pages i been to and what i seen, please help
