I gave this a thumbs down 👎🏽 because you forgot to explain that if you are using a different launcher you have to remove it as your default or go to settings to switch it so that you have the HTC Launcher available to make changes to.

When he unlocks the phone there are options to turn it to the left or right, could someone tellme what they are for? I just got the update that included that. Thanks!
Is there anyway to disable the Google search when you swipe up I always hit it by accident when unlocking my phone
Damn Phil a bit HTC 1 bias nowadays are we? I bought this phone. Had it for 2 days and took it back. It sucks! Camera sucks. Bluetooth music streaming sucks. Its heavy. While streaming Bluetooth over my 14 GLI, I received no audio text notification. The l.e.d. notification light didn't work at all until I did a factory reset. The software was buggy. Calling the cell coverage sporadic would be an understatement. I have a 4g Vzw tower within visual rage of my house. This phone would have five bars. Then drop to two. Then up to three then down to one then back up to 5. All in a matter on seconds. Yeah the display is awesome. The metal is nice. But I'll take functionality over form any day…

You dont need to drag icons it works with just swiping up
