  8. So 3 years later im looking to buy a new phone since my Xperia z3 compact is getting a bit slow and battery life is awful. I had a M7 in the past and loved it to bits but the same happened with that one, batterly life became crap. This M9 is pretty affordable today but is it on par with the phones in the same price range? 240-270 Euro that is.

  13. I went with the M9. I had the M7 a few years ago and I loved that phone to bits, but my cousin caused it to get water damaged and I switched to the iPhone 6s. I'll honestly say that the iPhone is garbage, Itunes is terrible, and IOS is super annoying. I felt like a prisoner with the iPhone because EVERYTHING has to be Apple/IOS. I was going to get the LG G4, but those things bootloop nonstop and to this day people are still bitching about their phones glitching or never turning back on. I read countless reviews and skipped on it along with my past horror experiences with LG phones. I was thinking about getting the Galaxy Note 5, but I had a refurbished Galaxy S5 in great condition, but it wouldn't charge half of the time. It was a pretty damn good phone, but the fact that it wouldn't charge, while getting a hot battery is not a good thing at all. That ran me away from Samsung. Sure, the M9's selfie camera isn't going to blow you away, but it's a really good phone.

  20. i have the m9 for a year and a half now,no problem what so ever,to all of you that say that there are better phones in the category: you dont get htc people! its the design , the speed and the sound that makes us buy them! we dont care much about anything else,these phones never mess up,lag,crash,block……..

  24. The two biggest deal breakers on this handset were the camera and more importantly, the QC SnD 810, which was found to run hot, and therefore, throttle… That's why Samsung used their own SoC in the S6, and Motorola instead opted for the lesser SnD 808 in the X Pure…

  25. Power button is in the worst place! You try to use and gripping cradles or stick mounts it hits the power button trys shut down the phone… SD card and SIM card should be lower and move buttons up not in the CENTER of the phone! The video camera lacks video stabilization and needs serious improvement!

  26. Hi will you please tell me how to send group msg in HTC their is only option to add 10 people's in a group it's HTC One M9 but before this I am using HTC OneM8 and in that phone I am able to send group msg to more than 50 contact in one msg

  29. just sold my s6 edge for this phone. way better. i lost fingerprint, samsung pay, and wireless charging. all which i never used anyways. Samsung got crappy buggy software. i had the s vinrant, s3, s5 and s5 edge. i regret not getting the m9 over the s6 from the start.

  30. mine gets hot at times and does not like any old young USB cable or plug it likes a quality cable and plug so do not lose yours like I have, recently I could smell the burning of the USB cable which was plugged into a basic plug and it was too hot who knows what may have happened if I fell asleep so be warned

  32. I'm thinking of buying m9 but I've heard alot of negative feedback about its overheating problems so that kinda keeps me away from it. Is m8 still good choose and would it be able to keep up these days?

  35. why does my mobile data disconnect as my battery reach a certain level and it connects again after a minute … any suggestions ? Android authority …

  38. This is still THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SMARTPHONE ON THE PLANET, ESP IN GOLD SILVER, AND MOST DIFICULT EVER TO DESIGN, ANYONE BASHING IT IS A BLIND FOOL. THIS IS MY 2016 UPGRADE!!!
