I hate motorola most because we were the last phones to get the much needed update to 4.1. Long before the update other companies' phones were being upgraded to 4.2. So our software was out of date before we even got it. Other than that, I like the phone. I just hate the company.

Do you have a Motorola Droid Razr Maxx HD? I'm saving up for it 😀
Maxx HD utilizes S4 8960 cpu, which is 1.7ghz dual core in stock form. Motorola underclocked it to 1.5ghz ; So its a 1.5ghz dual core; Its also got GLONASS on it.
iPhone 5 uses 1.3ghz dual core cpu with three GPUs or something. Its the first iPhone capable of proper 1080p playback, lol. iPhone 4s does try to play 1080p, but it struggles. Video slows down, it skips, drops frames. Stuff like that. Its annoying when you try to watch a movie on it.
I think THE Motorola Droid Razr Maxx HD is the best phone there is, in matter of fact, the original Motorola Razr V is my first phone I ever had.
When I say it performs the same as the iPhone 5 I meant the CPU core speed. Both Motorola Droid Razr Maxx HD and iPhone 5 has 1.2 GHz dual-core CPU.
iPhone 5? No it doesn't. Maxx HD is twice as fast as iPhone 5. iPhone 5 is the first Apple device that can just barely play full hd video. Maxx HD can play two 1080p at the same time.

Motorola will not tell people who own Droid 4's that the ear piece speaker is faulty.
I realize that it would cost them tons of money to send out a recall notice, but after I had to return three Droid 4's with Verizon and Motorola both denying any known issue, when if you search for "Droid 4 speaker" you can clearly see that there is a problem with the speaker and many of the posts are on Verizon's own page.
That is a problem.
Other than that, my Droid Razr is working fine.

i like apple,etc. but the motorola droid razr is in every way outstanding!razr 2 is on its way or not?however after many years and many phones my krzr k3 is still working like new…..after being thrown out of a moving vehicle,thrown on the wall,etc etc. is still fully operational…..and the outer screen gorilla glass-totally scratchproof-its very difficult to scratch and i believe this phone will also be that good!keep up motorola!
Not to mention how light it is and gives it an awesome grip. I love the feel of my razr. Good shit ^_^

Kevlar also doesn't interfere with signal like some metals do. Just throwing it in there.
It's not actually the kevlar that scratches, it's the coating. Try cutting it with a knife or something. You'll easily get through the coating, but then good luck. There's a reason why they make bulletproof vests out of it.
Riiight. . . You do know why the back is made of Kevlar? Not to be scracth proof, but to be thin and strong. Five time stronger than metal in fact, as well as flexible. Being matte and "rubbery", the grip is better and it's LESS prone to scracthes.
@Roger Skagerström: Just about every other phone is made of plastic from head to toe. It scraches just as easily as the plastic edges of this phone, only ALL OVER. Even painted metal casings get scratches in the paint. What seems to be the problem?

of course the back gets in contact with shit, in fact every time I hold it and I'm wearing a ring it scrapes the back side of the phone…if it was just shiny plastic I'm sure mine would have had some scratches by now

3310 will be destroyed because of this stupid housings. Motorola's are more strong because they have been using good materials not cheap one like nokia and samsung
