Hello, I have owned the 65" TV from TCL for 13 months. I have encountered software issues with the Google OS. I have used a Firestick for the most part. Couple of weeks ago I removed the firestick from the TV's HDMI port and connected the Firestick to the HDMI in port on a Yamaha soundbar. That solved the issue with the TCL TV having issues connecting to the "audio device" that being the soundbar. I started using the TV's OS and Apps only. Two days ago the TCL TV started flashing a grey screen. I had to hit the setting button several times to get to the menu to do a restart. I could have unplugged the tv as well. Have you ever come across OS software issues with your TV. From comments on the internet it seems that Google OS software has issues. Just read reviews on Amazon regarding Hisense TV that is a current 2023 model and Google OS software issues continue. Couple of techs informed that the TV has protocol preference and may not accept any devices plugged into the HDMI ports.
got a 6 series i think or is it 5, top model they make and it is really a good tv. amazing picture, speakers are awesome, not really glitchy but i do basic tasks, but motion sucks is my biggest complaint. really sucks, but im assuming all high end ai led tvs motion will suck. my picture is on par with the high end hisense imo but hisense may BARELY edge mine out but tcl wins the feature list and ease of operation i bet.
recently got this tv….does it have wifi 5ghz? tv cant find my wireless network

I considering getting this model or the one right above with 120 HZ but I don't think that I need 120 hertz just for football and not gaming
