Moto X camera

We take a look at the camera functions of the newly announced Moto X. The Moto X has a 10 MP back camera, with some seriously nifty tricks. You can flip the phone twice and the camera will automatically boot up, the goal being within 2 seconds or less. Swiping slowly to the right will open up your settings which appear on the left in a rotating menu. There aren’t many settings though, and what is there has been pared down since many people don’t use all of the settings. Motorola went with something simple, and it works quite well. You can tap the screen to take a picture, or hold your finger down on the screen to use burst mode.

  1. People talk a lot of s&#&t… Why don't you better search info about the phone before talks… That phone performe better than the s4 and the HTC one… Simple as that!!! Has double LTE antenna that improve the battery life and the speed of the data. The processor is not a year old. Because the original CPU s4 uses krait 200 and this one used krait 300, so basically it's a custom made qualcomm 600 but with two cores. And the GPU it's the same as the s4 and even works and performance faster…

  2. The software seems cool and all but it is not enough to downgrade from the note 2. Bigger is better. Im from Texas. U heard the saying.

  3. So how many people are gonna accidentally chuck their phone on the ground while trying to activate the camera like that?! lol

  4. Yeah true, it certainly isn't a powerful battery, rather decent. I always prefer a removable battery actually, but depending on the reviews to come, I might overlook the fact and get me a moto x.

  5. I have no doubt that it's battery life would surprise with it running all this special software and all that crap, but I always feel better knowing that either it has a powerful battery or if it's battery isn't that great, that I can have a backup battery ready to swap in when the other one dies.

  6. Holy crap. I'd buy it for that camera app alone. But i'm always going to be worrying about the battery life and the fact that it's a non-removable battery *sigh*
