There's only two things on the nexus 4 that's better than the note 2 the screen resolution and GPU but u can just simulate the GPU with gltools
note 2 is the greatest phone, samsung has ever produced, the ram and the mother board, are even superior than note 2. Note 3 starts lagging after 1 year of usage, but note 2 never runs out. Nexus 4 is poor man's choice

I have the Nexus 4.. It's lag free and is as quick as you'd wish. The OS is very stable and your always getting the latest updates. It's also a pleasure to hold and I like it's understated looks. However, I keep looking at the Note 2 and wonder if I could get away with it's size. I like the vibrant display and browsing must be a delight. Probably a better camera too. Best solution would probably to own the two and swap as and when you fancy. That's my thoughts anyway..
I have a nexus 4 and a note 2 in which I think the nexus 4 beats the note magnificently. The note starts to lag after a year or two
And Nexus 4 has weak battery.
Has FM Radio which i'm using.
Note II is better for me.

The Note 2 is bigger, faster, and has more memory, while the Nexus has only 8GB Memory, but it's still fast, and it's cheaper than the Note 2
