  3. Well Joe, there are legitimate reasons why people sideload apks off the web especially if the app was free to begin with. I personally wanted to see prime instant video on my tablet, but amazon has some BS arbitrary tablet app that does not have it compared to the one for smartphones. Google searched Amazon Store apk. sideloaded that thing and it works like a charm. Sometimes you just have to bypass BS app restrictions between tablets and smartphones. I don't pirate paid apps. 

  7. I hate piracy, but if there were no piracy apps prices will go to the moon.
    And if I own someting I should have the option to give it away or sell it.
    Apps payment system has long way to be perfect.

  11. Here in India it is impossible for you to pay for apps Even if you have international debit card.
    Our central government(RBI) doesn't allow us to connect to play store.
    The only bank that connects is ICICI and for that bank account you need a minimum balance of 10,000 rupees.
    so if things were not like that i would have happly bought the games.

  13. That 90% statistic is bullshit.

    They didn't account for cross-device use, they didn't account for amazon app store purchases, they didn't account for sharing an app across accounts, hell, they didn't even account for multiple installs on the same device.

    Piracy isn't strong on Android, people think it's strong when it's not; and that belief only cements more when a dev uses false statistics and horrible methods.

  15. I got the apk of Minuum and I got My boy (GBA emu) because of bluetooth multiplayer functionality, (wanna play four swords with my friends) but I think thats about it.

  27. Piracy is mainly due too android being able to download off the internet APks, weather legit or piracy. I must admit I did use them if I wanted to try a game out as Google refund is bull with 15mins to test the app. Only good thing about iOS in my opinion you need to root/jailbreak to even use them apps never mind install them.

  29. too bad monument valley its a great game its a shame that so many people didnt buy it 🙁 this is the reazon gaming on android cant get better i bet on ios sales are good
