  4. since we saw a leaked pics of Note 5.. it will be no expandable battery. because i saw a pop up simcard slot…and if the phone got stuck… wat to do? ctrl alt delete …maybe

  5. Pretty much everyone's opinion right now is negative. It's easy to see why:
    – It's more slippery
    – It has smaller battery
    – No microSD slot
    – No removable battery
    – No IR blaster
    – No SOC improvement over S6

  6. This wish list is bullshit now after the unveiling today. I don't get it, removing the power aspect of the phone (the reason why people by Notes) by getting rid of microSD card and removable battery (AND downsizing the battery), and making the phone so fragile. No sense at all

  10. Note 5 will be worth waiting for and paying for if its overall aspects are better than Note 4. It doesn't matter if external memory slot is removed as long as it provides at least 64 GB internal memory; and no matter if the battery is non-removable as long as its durability and quality are very good and its capacity is, at least, 4000 mAh with fast charging capability. If NOT, just forget it.

  11. I was extremely disappointed to see s6, with a glass back and aluminium edge.. I am a note 3 user and I drop my phone alllll the time!!!! and nothing is smashed.. excepy just scratched edges which is plastic. fk this glass and metal sh*t. same as iphone. its fragile

  12. Is it an upgrade or a downgrade??  usb 2.0 and no removable SD card :(((

    My note 3 has a usb 3.0 port, and I can hook up my 1 TB portable drive with no external power, and usb 2.0 can't do that.  Right now I am looking for a fast 256 GB SD card to hold my stuff.
    My note 3 has a case with a kickstand that's quite useful that I think the covering of the phone, whether it is plastic, metal, or glass, is non-essential to me…I actually prefer a less weighty phone.
    I like the S pen so much that my next phone must have a pen but it's definitely not Note 5.

  13. Nice video but that removable battery is unforgivable unless there is a magic button to push when the phone is @ 2% to give it an automatic 100%. I was just clowing my boy for having to plug his Iphone in when his battery was low. SMH Looks like im keeping my note 4. I loves being able to talk about stuff my device did others could not now all I can say is "I got wireless charging but who gives a f&#* Dang Samsung yall was doing sooo good!

  24. i hope that note 5 will be much more faster than note 4. I use resurrection remix rom on my beloved note 4 ,and it is super stable and fast as hell! but i hope that note 5 will be even more faster!  🙂

  25. Note 5 will be the best of all the phones and phablets out there! No sd card ? No problem at all. use otg cable and stick the usb and voila! Non removable battery? not a big deal! you can buy a case with inbuilt battery that you can simply put on the phablet and voila! double the battery capacity at a moment! 🙂

  27. In my case; I'm prepared for a 32GB base storage [very hopeless about expandability]. Really clamoring for a bigger battery at least up to 4000mah. Also, some improvements to the S-Pen [I use that a lot] 'cos that's what my Note hype is all about.

  28. I work for a phone company and have seen a note 5 there is no more sd card and there is a edged version also the ?main focus of the phone is u can play more the one vid at a time and there big deal is they have live streaming it's built quality is just like the s6

  30. I find these SD Card comments hilarious. This is the same damn thing that happened when flash storage for computers came out and everyone was skeptical and didn't want to replace their hard disk drives. Times change and more efficient things are created. There is going to be a time when SD Cards are no longer efficient means of transferring data. And that time is coming really soon especially with phones recording 2k and 4k videos at higher bit rates every year. Eventually the videos and pictures we take will take frigging hours to transfer to other devices via SD Cards and something new will come and replace it. If you think time and technology is going to stop for you and your dated views and ideals of technology you will certainly be left in the dust, with a phone that's so old and out of date that you'd be viewed as the old farts of the technology era. I can understand wanting control over your files and data, and not wanting to pay a huge premium for more flash storage on a phone when you can pay 20 bucks for a 32GB high speed micro sd card…but there are several different work arounds that are available to you that can allow you to still use that micro sd card. They make these devices that are about the size of those credit card readers they make for smartphones that you can plug your micro sd card into and plug into your phone which allows you to have a mass storage device for your phone and it allows you to transfer your files too and from the phone. And they're no bigger than a half dollar coin. They also make a phone case for the s6 that has a built in external battery pack and sd card reader. The point I'm trying to make is, you don't have to not buy the note 5 because it lacks these features. If you can carry your phone and a set of keys you can carry one of those plug in sd card readers with your phone. It all comes down to how bad you need it and how lazy you are or arent. Giving up a device line you've loved because the company is trying some new technology out that currently isn't compatible with micro sd cards is assinine. This UFS 2.0 technology is supposed to be very efficient at making the phone work faster and more reliable. But who am I to say. All I'm trying to do is educate people that if you really need your old sd card there are literally easy ways to work it in and the card reader things are under 20 bucks depending on where you look.

  32. i can see why samsung is trying to go down the fashion over function route like apple.. its way profitable that way…. 1 or 2 more years and the removable battery/sd thingy will die out..

  34. I work for sprint an our samsung rep came through with the exclusive s6 edge plus and note 5. S6 edge plus is just a bigger s6edge. Note give is a galaxy s6 replica but with a pin, also sorry but there will be no external storge or battery, glass backing. All in all the phones were still awsome. Dont believe me watch out for Aug 25

    and it turns out to be a failure and they repeated the same with the note series?
