The Plus seems like the perfect one for me
I went to the s23 ultra from the fold 4 and it's amazing .. I'm getting almost 2 days of battery life on my s23 ultra with max settings on with normal use and heavy use it still lasting a day easily. The fact that the screen is less curved makes holding even better. U won't be disappointed with the ultra if you have it
I'm happy with going simple, LESS is more, Ultra too much gimmick, the only valuable feature is s-Pen, S23 is like iPhone mini BUT way better, louder speaker, stronger processor, easy one hand hold, LIGHT weight, FLAT screen, square body easy to hold and it's pleasant to hold phome, camera is Decent. User experience matters, you can throw tons of features, but when it becomes a hassel, then there's no point in feature anymore.
Switched from an S22 to a pixel 7 simply because of battery life. Definitely wish I would have just stuck it out till the 23 as it sounds like the battery life issue is corrected. And I prefer one UI to stock android / various launchers I have tried.
Looking to replace my Pixel 5 this year and if Google doesn't shrink the size of the Pixel 8 (which there's leaks showing it is fortunately), I'll probably be picking up this base S23 to replace it.
I wish there were more phones that prioritized software support like Google and Samsung though.

Got the 23 purely because it is even better to handle than an Iphone in terms of size.

I like my 256G S23 so far. I like the size, phones are just getting to big. the only downside for me so far is the fingerprint sensor doesn't work half the time, the sensor on my S20 FE was more accurate.
