For all those who are in dilemma.
Note 3: for the following reasons
1. Bigger and gorgeous display makes watching movies,surfing lot more easier. Though s5 has 432 ppi it doesn't makes sense as human eyes were limited to see not more than 300 ppi
2. It comes s-pen software
3.1 giga bytes more ram makes multitasking smoother as touchwiz is heavy it needs more ram indeed.
Galaxy s5:
1. A bit updated processor when compared to note 3 as it has qualcomm snapdragon 801 processor.
2. Water resistance, touch id, dust resistance.
According to me:
Go with note 3. It looks way better with faux leather and get away from band-aid designed s5 unless you need a phone with touch id,heart beat sensor, and water resistant coating.
S5 or Note 3? can't decide. 🙁

I just got the S5 and traded in my Note 3. I loved my Note, but it was too freaking big for me. Both are great phones. Best feature of the S5? Water resistant! I took pictures in the pool today. Best feature of the Note 3? The stylus and battery!
