how come the camera quality looks better than the video quality

The Epic 4g pwns the Evo camera. Just looked up a video with some tests.
The sound isn't so great. Not quite full HD, if it was 1080p then it would be full HD.
Nokia n8 shoots better HD video.

Can someone please upload the RAW so we can download it and view it on our computers. Everyone knows YouTube changes the video quality so they can stream it. A better look at the video quality would be from raw.
I will say though, even on YouTube this HD video from the Evo looks pretty dang good!
