  1. omfg that is so cool … the mouse and the keyboard lmfaoooooo i didn't know it could do that! nice video and thank you for the information!

  2. Not sure if this helps, but I found connecting the OTG cable to the phone first, then attaching my thumb drive worked while attaching the drive and cable together first then plugging into the phone didn't.

  3. i can connect everything except external hard drive. It shows blank/unsupported device.Same thing happens when i format my pen drive in NTFS and then connect it.For other devices,it works perfectly.Pen drive works in FAT32 format.

  4. Very cool demonstration. I tried using an USB to SD card reader and it would open the SD card.
Are there specific formatting issues I should be aware of?

  5. Updated to ICS 4.0.4 on my Galaxy S2 Lte and this does not work. Not even for a logitech mouse. The notification pops up when the cable alone is connected "usb connector connected", but nothing else happens, the mouse does not work. Anybody know if this capability has been removed for ICS 4.0.4? Pissed

  6. Just be aware some hard drives do require a power source. You'll know when you get the harddrive it might have a cable that has the connection to the harddrive at one end and the other end has 2 usb connections. 1 of them can go into a power source like a portable battery. This can be necessary depending on the type of harddrive.

  7. All of this can be done on the SGS2 as well. So not really a big surprise that the S3 can do it as well. But cool that you did a video on it 🙂

  8. Yeah it is, after I watched the video i went on the play store say that i had an update for swiftkey and saw the screen shot with this keyboard, love the new theme!

  9. Really cool feature, you can also add USB game controllers, wireless keyboard & mouses and some other stuff, there are many videos on youTube about this, look for OTG Galaxy S3… anyways really nice addtion, thanks!
