5. Not recommended keeping for 2 years. Absolutely terrible.

7. Worst. Phone. Ever. Irremovable TouchPal throws adds on your lock screen, and phone app, and msg app.. Mine went black after 60 days (btw you can't remove the battery) They sent me a refurbished replacement instead of a new phone, and it died after 30 days. The second trip through the warranty has them sending via FedEx instead of UPS, and after 4 days it just now delivered to the repair shop… I wouldn't spend another cent on ANY of this companies products. oh, and the Bluetooth is just about useless.

27. this phone is junk. all sort of software issues. ZTE people wouldn't address the issues.

28. from what I've seen between this phone and the ZTE ZMAX pro, the ZMAX pro is better. it has a fingerprint reader and the camera is better than any of the pictures in this video. the ZMAX pro comes with 32 and is expandable up to a 128 GB SD card, the ZTE grand x max 2 comes with only 16 gb and expandable up to only a 64 GB SD card. And the ZMAX pro is like 50-100 dollars cheaper (depending on when you get it). I mean I love ZTE, but c'mon!

37. I got this phone less than a month ago. Today it has a black screen, is not responding, and vibrates every 5 secs. Idk what to do…

44. My ZTE Max 2 froze on 10/3/16. The screen wouldn't turn on but the flashlight was on. I tried hard-resetting it and waiting for the battery to die, once the battery died (Which was at 80% and a 3400mAh battery GOOD LORD it took forever) took 2 days to die i plugged it up and the flashlight came on again. So this was 10/5, i took it to Cricket and they didn't do anything but give me two options. 5 day warranty or Cricket protect, one is free one isn't. Cricket protect is basically paying half the price of the phone and paying the shipping, which is pointless because i just bought the phone and haven't even had it for 2 months. So i went with the "5 day shipping" and now Its been a week (10/13 expected to recieve today) since i shipped the phone, I've been without a phone since 10/3 and I'm extremely upset and unsatisfied with Cricket. The Cricket protect is basically useless don't get it. I really liked the phone and was very satisfied with it, the specs and size is good but until i was put through this bs, I'm not a happy camper.
