  1. Is Truck Driver Aguilar-Mederos being condemned to a time in prison, no matter how much time, as a sacrifice for the mourning families? Or should he be set free for his innocents by truth and justice which out weighs in evidence which shows that it wasn’t his fault?

I believe Mederos, is not the culprit. No matter how you want to make it pleasing to the mourning families, the mourning families need to see the past evidence of the many violations the said trucking company had, along with the many complaints prior to Aguilar-Mederos’ incident. Sure, families want blood these days, but they have to be given the facts, the cold hard facts. They could be putting an innocent man under an innocent mans poor personal treatment by an unjustly operated American judicial system.

Can’t you see, even fire from heaven is coming down on the surrounding town to defend his innocence?

I HAD A SIMILAR SITUATION LIKE THE RUN-AWAY TRUCK, MY CAR RAN OUT OF CONTROL, AT HIGH SPEED ON THE HIGHWAY – I owned an old car, from a very dependable and reputable car company. It ran out of control on I-75 Sarasota Florida back in the mid-2000, and for a matter of a few minutes I couldn't stop it, the car even accelerated on its own, as if possessed. After trying everything I could to save my life the car regained its normal mechanical composure and came under my control again. — I took it to a local corner town mechanic, and just by my description of what happened he found that it wasn't the breaks after checking the break system, even though they didn't work at the time of the high speed incident. The fault was in the air breathing / airflow components, he said, in an accessible top part of the engine. The mechanic showed me a visible flap on the engine when he removed a rubber pipe which is also connected to the removable air filter casing. The mechanic said, “Here’s the problem” — He gets an air hose, connects an air sprayer-nozzle to it and blows black carbon dust build up from everything clogged by it. Then the mechanic sprays fuel injector cleaner in and around the opening of the engine cleaning the valve until it was silver again. Then spray cleans the common air-filter with pressured air. “It should be good now.” he says. He took the car for a ride, probably to blow out extra build up and to see how it ran. The mechanic said that this happens to old cars and neglected engines. It ran well and smooth as always after that.

This innocent incident happened to me, do you believe me?

Or do you want to arrest me posthumously for speeding erratically though I-75 for a past speeding incident? – 01/02/2022 – John R Borges III of Bradenton Florida.

Take me as you wish. …

  2. Rapists and abusers got less than this man. He didn't mean to kill those ppl, I get it, your husband died, but how is locking him for a century bring any peace to you.

  3. I don't think is hard, about 5 million has signed the petition. Those 5 million people should donate 1 dollar for the families of those that had died.

  4. AGAIN! What The F uck are INSURANCE POLICIES for?? Yea! the ones that are forced upon all of us "By law" Yea! from an old crappy piece of junk on the road, on 1, 2, 3 or 4 wheels up to a cruise ship or an airplane??? Was the vehicle "INSURED"? Was he intoxicated? So what the insurance policy suposed to cover?? Only the deodorant? @ the rear view mirror???? INJUSTICE FOR ALL!

  5. After watching this, it seems the families wanted vengeance, not justice. They wanted this young man to pay with his life for what ultimately was an accident. Vengeance will never bring their loved ones back. I hope they find peace in their hearts.

  6. If they don't reduce his sentence this will just show people that ur better off just fleeing and living on the run then cooperating with the law.

  7. Ethan couch a 16 year old was drunk driving when he killed 4 people, and was freed because he was to rich and spoiled to know right from wrong, so called affluenza.

  8. I feel bad for the victims but I can’t listen to some old woman who unfortunately, accidentally lost her husband continue to blame the young man like he intentionally murdered him. as far as I know he wasn’t even under the influence this was just a tragic accident and I can’t listen to that old woman demonize that man

  9. What was the cause of the accident? Brake failure, tractor or trailer? Why did he not use trhe runaway ramp? How many hours are on his log (8 hour rule) . Whne did he do his circle check or did he do it at all? When did he realize his brakes were not operational? An accident is never the fault of the vehicle, it is the fault of the operator, usually negligance.

  10. It because the people got TOGETHER and say hell no do knot think we are stupet untill he is set free with a apologize we need BETTER safety zone to better be save on the road Colorado is block untill he is set free
