9. I heard it got lowered to 10 years. That's worse imo. In 10 years from now everything he knows and love will change. If it were me I'd just take the 110 years. I would NOT want a 10 year gap in my life. SMH….

12. I think one of the main points to be heard here is that if you're a trucker and you are aware that your brakes fail then use the next available runaway truck ramp, PERIOD.

17. The accident is the trucking companies fault!
    It is clear to me.. (Expert driver) the truck was used repeatedly on hills . the truck brakes must be changed and or sanded to remove the glasing on the pads.. The way the truck was running away is exactly this problem. Neglect on the part of the cheepo trucking company..
    100%.. The driver shou have NO charges against him.. Also the judge is not an expert neither the jury.
    Experts have to be involved. To prove what I am saying.. Its impossible to have the truck run away like that without previouse brake glazing… Low gear selection retarders and brakes.. I am sure by the sound he was in low gear and had his retarder on..

18. Yes, reconsider this young mans sentencing he does not deserve this life sentencing at all! He did not purposely cause this accident and wanted to kill people!! And these Colorado laws need to be changed!! Justice for regel!!!

19. This is bad. This is a accident that could have been avoided. But u have to take in the human element and the fact that he may have been in shock when he passed up the exit for run away trucks. I would have to think he didn’t intentionally pass it up. I can see how he was in some sort of shock or had tunnel vision and didn’t see it at all

23. He could have avoided the accident. Passed a runaway truck ramp. Went up hill and went past a huge meadow he could have drove into. 27. I truly believe an appropriate sentence for him considering all the evidence and the 4 fatalities along with the 28 car accidents he should get no less then 10 years with hood behavior let him out at 6 1/2 years!

28. It was an accident, it did not mean to kill those people at all. 110 years is too much to be in jail. The judge is racist, using too much power. Kyle Rittenhouse need to be jail for life, this how the world is.
