  1. Not saying what those boy did was right. thats horrible act.
No excuse for have a knife and using it to murder?
    11 Stab. wounds..
    That is insane..
    Total intent to murder.

  2. My question were the police in Italy corrupt trying to pretend 2 sell drugs then wrestle and extort them for the money did they have a proper Justified setup with cameras and a sting operation which proves the cops legitimacy

  3. The parents are delusional! This is sad. Parenting like this is NOT good from any angle. These types of Americans make America look bad at large.
Please don't abuse precious words like 'kind' and 'gentle.' No kind and gentle soul will think to stab someone once, let alone 11 times. This is a shame!
This young man deserves the justice served. I fee bad for the parents cos I'm sure it is hard to swallow, but this son is by no means gentle or kind, but quite the opposite.
Too much entitlement going on here. I hope the family left behind by the murdered cops find peace again. Alas 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

  4. Yep, a moment of madness probably under the influence of speed and drink has destroyed many lives.

In Italy the police are blue collar, working class heroes. The insane act of killing an officer, regardless of plain clothes or drugged state of mind by the Americans will ensure that they serve at least 21 years. ( according to my research on "Perpetua" sentencing) It doesnt really matter how many appeals the rich Californian parents make on their behalves. 2042 is their release date unless suicide or harm comes their way. They are entitled to a money account inside prison and training. They might be lucky that they are in Italian rather than a superMax prison. Their Italian will be impeccable.

  5. Italians are not use to police officers dying in the line of duty and on top it’s Americans that killed one. Unbelievably bold acting like thugs in a foreign country.

  6. Finnegan and his friend, Gabriel of Marin County, were on a street corner to meet a drug dealer. But, two police officers in plainclothes approached and immediately assaulted them instead, being called by a drug dealer. (Red Flag)

Finnegan Elder testified on March 1st, "Those undercover officer's immediately attacked us, without announcing or identifying themselves as police officers." (Red Flag.)

Elder said, "After several stabs, he grabbed my hand, which was holding the knife, and tried to turn it against me, and stab me in return." (Corruption?)

Craig pointed out the problems with the prosecution's case. Supervisors in the Italian police force, the Carabinieri, said Cerciello partner did not have time to fire his weapon at the fleeing Americans. (Lie)

And the officer's superiors tried to lie for them, (Corruption) Telling reporters they had recovered handguns from the officers that night. (Lie)

Then, it became clear that both officers did not bring their service weapons, and their police badges, or their handcuffs to the meeting (Meeting?) With the Americans that early morning. (The police department was aware of this situation before, it happen) (Italians are well known for corruption, especially, police departments)

Peters argued, "Ultimately, the officers made some really bad decisions, as well. And if those police officers bad decisions, not been made, Cerciello would be here today, had the Carabinieri simply followed protocols for an undercover operation. " (Corruption?)

Another disturbing problem was a cell phone video of Gabriel blindfolded at the police station, video taken by the officer he had struggled with just hours ago. (Corruption) (Possibly sending it to the drug dealer, and others associated with them) (Possibly with the Lawyer accusing them too) (The lawyer wants them dead)

The Lawyer has asked for life sentences for the Americans. (Corruption?)

The Police roughed up his son in the hours after his arrest. (Corruption?)

Ethan Elder says, "The 'confession' Finn gave to the police came after eight hours of him being Assaulted, Kicked, spit on and stood on; different interrogators, none of them speak English, came in to interview him and forced the words they wanted to hear." (Corruption) (Possibly linked to the drug dealer) (Revenge for their fallen friend)

The new accusations of abuse by police are not the first. (Corruption) (Wasn't The first?)

Two Italian police officers already face charges for abusing their authority while questioning Natale. A photograph leaked from the Carabinieri shows Natale handcuffed and blindfolded before police questioned him. (Abuse of power, and Corruption) (Did not want the victim to identify the corrupted Officers)

One of them said, 'I don't have an hour to decide if you have an Italian lawyer! ' Right before they hung up we heard our son's voice: 'Mom, they're saying I killed a cop. ' (Officers threatening them before the arrest?)

Ethan Elder tells the I-Team, in his son's statement to the Italian police, Finnegan says the teens never demanded cocaine, only asked for their money back. (Lie from the police?)

"Instead, the boys were assaulted by two men in plain clothes who turned out to be officers of the Carabinieri. In the ensuing struggle, Finn stabbed Officer Mario Cerciello Rega," said Elder. (Corruption)

The father of a San Francisco man held for stabbing an Italian police officer says police roughed up his son after his arrest. (Corruption) (Abuse of Power)

Ethan Elder says, "The 'confession' Finn gave to the police came after eight hours of him being slapped, kicked, spit on and stood on; different interrogators, none of them proficient in English, came in to interview him and extract the words they wanted to hear." (Corruption) (Abuse of Power) (Forced victim to Lie)

Investigators say the teens had planned to return a backpack they had stolen after a drug deal went bad, in exchange for 80 Euros and a gram of cocaine. (Possibly a lie, they never wanted cocaine.)

It was very disturbing and we have a difficult time to understand, any of this. " (Trying to downgrade them, and influence the people to gain favor in arresting them.) (Possibly, unauthorized permission into their cell phones) (Corruption)

But the idea that he went out that night (Morning?) With the intentions kill a cop, as the Lawyer states, is absurd. " (A lie) (Possibly linked to the drug dealer) (Corruption)

"Why were the cops in plain clothes, dressed in T-shirts and shorts, when they assaulted the teens at 3 am immediately? Why did both officers not have a gun, a badge or even handcuffs with them in order to apprehend their targets? Why were they responding to a call from a drug dealer who had helped the Americans in an illegal drug activity? " Writes Ethan Elder. (Corruption)

He adds, "How did a 150 pound boy overpower the 253 pound Rega, as his partner claimed? (Stab wounds) Gabe, who speaks Italian, did not say that the Carabinieri had identified themselves, as the police report

Officer Rega's partner Had reported the 'Two boys' were North African; Finn and Gabe are clearly Caucasian. (Lie)

Now we have a trial date of February 26, 2020. It could last six months, we've been told, and meanwhile we continue to amass evidence and battle misinformation. (Who's the drug dealer?)

Just before Thanksgiving an Italian paper reported that the prosecution had transcripts from our private conversations with Finn in jail, and that he admitted to knowing they were cops. (A lie) (Forced him to falsely admit something that wasn't true)

But the reports were a lie. We have viewed the recordings and know what was actually said. We must fight each lie with the truth to learn what actually happened that night. (Corruption)

    42 Red Flags.

It would seem, that the Carabinieri department is full of Corruption, possibly with a history of working with drug dealers for money and more. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

  7. I wonder how it is always a minority of people who alone give a bad name to an entire nation. And I am not speaking about US citizens only, it can be any citizen from any country.

And besides, this officer from the carabinieri was often recognised by his own superiors for his kind-hearted personality and for going above and beyond even outside of service (he spent a whole night assisting a mother whose daughter was having a seizure, drove them to hospital and then back home)

  8. They are clearly innocent. The Italian policemen was stabbed to death but not by these two but by another Italian. They are too small to overcome the policeman. Any evidence was planted because if you stab a person then just throw the knife in a river or lake. Why bring it home?

  9. How in the hell did they make it through the airport's with a knife like that? I'm American and no we're not all like that. Let's start with these are not teenagers they're young men. Life in prison for the man who did the stabbing and 35yrs for the other dumb ass. How could these to young men afford this trip? So many weird things. So in Rome if your drugs are stolen you call the police to get them back? You have to admit that's weird.

  10. Rome separating them from their families! Jailing kids! Didn't the Pope say that's inhumane! Not that I care, you can execute them for that if guilty. I hate murderers. But the Pope did say that for USA putting people illegally crossing the borders, smuggling drugs in and other things.

  11. The police officer obviously did something to provoke them. People don't just kill people for no reason. Plus, it's one more power hungry bully off the streets.

  12. No White privilege but Rich Dad privilege for sure. He is still arrive at Rome. Hope that this time American Dollars does not buy the free of this psychopatic. Normal people in Italy does not walk with knife in the street, only the criminal. This poor carabiniere was not ready for this, probably he think this baby was just a hungry tourist 😢
