I don’t condone these mass shootings but when it comes to churches, I certainly do understand it. I love God and I won’t give up on church but I would bet that when you look into why these church shootings happen a lot of times (outside of Dylan Roof because he was just racist), it’s because of the way that people get treated by churches. That’s the one place you go to feel wanted and hear some encouraging words but you go to church and church people are supposed to be representatives of God but they treat you like garbage. And I’m speaking from experience. And it’s not about being bitter. It’s just a fact. I would recommend church to anyone because that’s the way to salvation but what I would tell people is to be very protective of yourself when it comes to church otherwise you will get used and abused.
