On Feb. 5, 2020, sheriff’s officials executed a search warrant on Ruben Flores’ Arroyo Grande home. Why the hell didn't they use cadaver dogs then? Why didn't they use GPR then? According to Smart's lawsuit, four days later, Kristin's body was moved from there. I can't believe how these SLO Sheriffs, even in 2020, made mistakes like they did before. Insane!!
Why it took 20 years?
Took them 25 years to look under the fathers porch?? Bad policing
I hope they find Kristin’s remains 💔

Took long enough.
Im so glad they finally caught him. Now i hope they find her so she can be put to rest
The State of California having taken twenty-five years to manufacture a case against the Flores, the Flores attorney needs necessarily at least twenty-four months to prepare his client's defense in a manner consistent with the great professional responsibility he has taken on. See, Who Let The Dogs Out: People v. FLores
Terrible. I hope they get the death penalty. Oh wait, the leftist governor stopped it.
I hope they are found innocent so all these folks have to apologize to them white folks. There are so many clues that it was someone else but sgt. lopez from the California Sheriffs deputies office will never let that evidence show. Colin and the Clintons saw the evidence but will not speak of it neither. The truth always comes out, Always
So, if there isn't any 'public interest' young women getting killed doesn't matter.
The father and son look like peaceful, intelligent, productive patriots to me. I thought they never do wrong….
Why does it take a podcast to solve a murder? Rather than pulling harassing Americans of colour with minor traffic offences, police depts should be investigating actual crimes…that takes real talent and work. I have seen the show 48 Hours, most police rely solely on some sort of witness to solve a crime, rather than real investigative work.
🙁
Should make a movie about her
It takes too long
25 years ? And he still in the country?
But…. he’s lived his whole life basically. He’s gotten away with it for 2 and a half decades

If that was my daughter those POS would be meeting there maker and not see a jail cell. RIP.
Just like kelsey schelling of colo. That cold case has finally wrapped up and closed
One of the men lived in my hometown this whole time. Now that my town knows, we all pray for justice for that girl and her family
They need to find some evidence though, they can't just hold these guys forever without a body or any other evidence. I'm not saying theyre innocent, thats just how the law works. Unless these dudes start talking, or they find a body theyre just going to be let go
Paul Flores was it from the beginning. It's a shame that her family needed that long to get closure and justice. The police did a HORRIBLE job!
Wait….so “he got a phone call and took off” is the ground breaking evidence the cops needed to arrest him??
After 25 years???
The guy on podcast helped them!!!
they didnt say what led them to believe they did it…
I remember the time I heard about this case, the exact day. Unbelievable!
Someone can be drunk, and be making out with someone, and even be wanting to have sex with them, and then change their mind before actually having sex. And if the other person doesn't listen to the "no" then it's rape. Do I think thats the case here? No. But, it can, and does, happen. There seems to be things missing from this story as to why the roommates called the police and reported it as rape, and why she didn't say it wasn't. False rape accusations are horrific. Rape accusations that are real and dismissed are horrific.
CHRIS LAMBERT YOURE THE BEST!!!
