1. On Feb. 5, 2020, sheriff’s officials executed a search warrant on Ruben Flores’ Arroyo Grande home. Why the hell didn't they use cadaver dogs then? Why didn't they use GPR then? According to Smart's lawsuit, four days later, Kristin's body was moved from there. I can't believe how these SLO Sheriffs, even in 2020, made mistakes like they did before. Insane!!

29. Someone can be drunk, and be making out with someone, and even be wanting to have sex with them, and then change their mind before actually having sex. And if the other person doesn't listen to the "no" then it's rape. Do I think thats the case here? No. But, it can, and does, happen. There seems to be things missing from this story as to why the roommates called the police and reported it as rape, and why she didn't say it wasn't. False rape accusations are horrific. Rape accusations that are real and dismissed are horrific.
