    an opportunist, one day He is a democrat, another day He is a Republican and the
    next day He is independent. He changed the electoral law to be able to be reelected
    as mayor of the city of New York, that is, from 8 years to 12 years and after
    12 years He changed the law again . The unions during his administration were
    silenced and vapuliated and without contracts.

    He created the program in which the police could
    stop minority people without any justification and now because He is a
    candidate in the Democratic primary, He  apologized
    for creating this program. which everyone says is not enough.
