    ruined forests, clean-up border and road trash, build/repair water conduits for the farmers, work on Farms (particularly weed control), Disaster-cleanup, mining and many more things. The original CCC (Civilian Conservation Corps) built their housing, mess hall, shower/toilet area, learned to use equipment, complete projects and got a basic education as well. This is Equity, responsibility and ever so wise. Not handling crime properly makes it grow like cancer! Even China knows this very well, however brutal they may be. Prisoners work and now even are bid on to do slavery level work. With lawless people, we can choose to be at cause or choose to be at effect, the choice is ours for the making. Our Elected Public Servants need to hear this message and stop being so Malfeasance in their ways or step down and let winners lead the way.
