I was here, we hid in the Aeropostale dressing room. I was looking at a hoodie when I heard what sounded like a stampede. We ran back to the dressing room crying and then we waited there until they released us. We saw the man and the cafeteria which was flooded with empty strollers and bags everywhere. I can say it was one of the most scary nights of my life.

Turns out the man shot was NOT the gun man. he was a 21 year old man with a legally carried pistol. The police saw he had a gun and shot him dead! Police soon realized the mistake and started back peddling to diminish the error in judgement. A person holding a gun could be a detective or, as in this case an intervening citizen. The man holding the gun was BLACK. No attempt was made to ask anything. Blam Blam another innocent Negro bleeding out! The family will definitely and rightfully sue. Of course this does not impact the shooter. The Citizens will pay. Bad judgement is never supposed to escape consequences. The Chief of Police should resign after requesting an independent Federal Investigation. Any one who fired a shot should be fired and have all police powers canceled. He/She should not be allowed to have a firearm, forever!
A lot of crazy comments! There was NO fight that took place and that wasn’t the guy who fired a shot. I was literally 50ft from the where it took place. Also, the little girl that was hit by the stray bullet was shot by the police. One bullet went thru or missed the guy they killed and hit her.
