1. This is heartbreaking. That poor baby must have been so scared. But folks need to stop taking these kids on these kind of rides. These parks are full of children rides. If u wana have adult fun, leave the children with a babysitter.

4. Such a tragedy. We took our kids to many amusement parks and if I didn’t think they were physically or mentally ready for a ride, it was NO. No ifs ands or buts. Period.

8. She didn’t have the seatbelt on. She sat on the buckled part and just had the tail of the belt over her lap.

11. That's horrible, but there are height and size regulations on amusement park rides for a reason..
    A 6 year old child should not have been anywhere near this ride..

20. This is so sad. This is the park and parents fault. Why would you allow your kid to ride something like this. This is risky even for adults and there you go and put your kid in it 😡

23. I know most responsible parents or guardians wouldn't think of putting a six year old on a ride like that. However, I would like to know how the amusement park determined how this ride was appropriate for six year olds.

25. The parents have the ultimate responsibility to look after their children. They will probably sue the park and/or the ride operaters though. Personally, I only go on the carousels. I would never go on a ride like that or any roller-coaster type ride.

29. So did this child walk onto the ride by herself? Very doubtful.
    I know when my son was young and wanted to get on rides I damn sure checked his restraints myself, not being willing to trust his life to someone else's lapse of concentration.
    I realize this sounds callous but you can be sure the parents are going to sue the crap out of this park while taking no responsibility on themselves for putting her on the ride in the first place then not personally making sure she was strapped in.
