10. I'm so sick of the media representing "caricature" as "stereotype". Serious dramas in which characters are exaggerated or misrepresented is stereotyping. A comedy, in which all or nearly all of the characters are exaggerated and don't remotely resemble real life is caricature. ("Gone with the Wind" is a perfect example, as is "16 Candles".) Don't use caricatures as examples of how Hollywood got it wrong. If that's the best you can do, give it up.
