  18. People should read the Constitution, it says…..Amendment 10.
    The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people. Since abortion isn't covered in the Constitution it's reserved for the states and its people to decide. Also, I would read up on Margaret Sanger, the eugenic movement and understand because of abortion, one third of the black community is missing.
