  1. Why are so many people resentful of the treatment couples like these are receiving? I get wanting to help vulnerable Americans, but if you really support expanding the social safety net, rehabilitation programs, housing assistance, income assistance, etc – stop voting for people who call those policies socialist and cry about the debt every time we try to implement them.

  2. They want mercy of foreign nations for their comfort..and don't care for misrepresenting the peaceful afghans…they are ok even as slaves…for comfort

  3. 'If I get educated I am not going to let my children join the Taliban and the others mom would not either' 💡 This is such an enormous breakthrough of information revealed!!!

She seems such a sweet woman. Happy she was able to find a path toward a safer place and way of life. Highest hopes she has a beautiful future.

  4. 🙄🙄🙄 all these identical comments…just grow a pair & say y'all hate this cause ur racist…
I've never once seen a story about assisting domestic violence victims…or the humane society…or any other assistance programs that have nothing to do whatsoever with homelessness…and seen "but what about the homeless?!? What about the vets?!?"

  6. 0:18 We calling her "Laila" to protect her family back in Afghanistan, main while she is appearing on camera without any blurring 😂
So either your so dumb or you are just lying and nothing would happen to here family but you just want to make up some action to sell the news.

  7. I’m all for helping people but this country has things backwards. We have people in this country suffering and living on the streets. What about all the suffering homeless veterans? This is crazy.

  8. I cannot imagine going through what they have lived. But as grateful I am, for being a US citizen.
There are so many Americans living in such horrible conditions. It is hard to think your Government will not put this much effort into your own people.

  9. Aloha snacbar. Shout out to George Floyd on 612 days of sobriety. It took some tough love but he did it. Say his name liberals!

  10. i'm happy for this lady and her husband but one thing that bothered me is i noticed the home they gave them and i'm assuming other refugees, was a very nice home and furnishings. something a modern family house hold can afford, yet we're giving people on low income or section 8, homes in the ghetto and worst parts of the city. our people should be take care of first and better. to give an outsider this nice home is a slap in the face to the citizens of this country. it just shows you how much they hate blacks hispanics and who knows wat else but i guess this makes good for tv.

  11. Ways to immigrate to America: marry an American (900K a year), become a refugee (100K a year), or be a computer science bonded laborer genius (100K a year).
