And this is hoping that he brings the wheelchair back inside but we all know that the wheelchair would have been left outside. If it were about the wheelchair he should’ve maintained the focus. 25. i work for a major airline company . You get irate passengers all the time, they are rude , entitled and usually lack accountability . They think the employee is responsible for the company’s rules. However in no situation, should the employee initiate violence in the work place. Keep your hands to yourself, unless you are prepared to get hands put back on you. United employee was wrong, and he learned his lesson instantly.
