Alec might well be a narcissist, a liar, an ego-driven, self-serving fantasist-enabler. But, I still think he did nothing wrong. He's not a weapons expert. People want to imagine it was his lack of caring that killed that woman. I don't believe that for a second. The ultimate question is indeed: how did live ammunition get on a movie set? Who's job is it to know the difference? I don't think it's Alec. And I fully see how much Alec is massaging reality – outright BS-ing – to create as much distance between him and taking responsibility here. Im sorry he says he did not pull the trigger. Then how did the gun go off shooting and killing a young actress. It never occurred to him to check the gun himself. Makes no sense at all. I dont have any experience with guns but that would be the first thing I would do. I surely wouldn't take someone's word for it. And why was there real bullets on the set in the first place?
