Charlie’s one to talk about using florida as a stepping stone – he went and got married the weekend before McCain was going to pick a VP hoping he’d be chosen, then he spent his last year running for the senate as a republican, then an independent, then a democrat…he basically spent 2 years serving as governor and the last 2 seeking 2 other offices and he thinks DeSantis is a flight risk because he might run for president in his 6th year as governor? At that point, he still would’ve served 3x as long. Charlie Crist is a lovely person (I met him and cherish that experience) but he will do and say anything to get a vote.
