The "25k jobs" are to rich people who already has the job that are moving into the neighborhood. There's no new jobs for people that are there. but rather a gentrification of these wealthy people that are going to bring the prices of rent and everything up and kick the natives out.

Two billion in incentives is about $40,000 per job paid to Amazon by the state. Jeff Bezos either gets two free buildings in the most expensive cities in America or free labor for the first year. We say we don't want welfare but this sets a precedent for any future tech company.
Great! 25k minimum wage jobs, just perfect for 25k people to qualify for public assistance. Amazon eliminates competition and creates a monopoly.
