He's death is staged and guaranteed he is still alive. Someone could've placed those clothing at that spot and who knows who.
If his parents are not publicly grieving, that's not his remains.

Just a portion of a human skull was found so dental records confirm it to be Brian, I say take a DNA test from the parents to prove this is Brian as I wouldn't put it past these parents to have tampered with dental records and exchanged Brian's for those of a homeless guy they found and killed, all to make the FBI stop looking for their son who is now miles and miles away and free…
Either important connections or alot of money made this case end this way , I don't believe it .
