Apple should just do both buy and subscription options. I don't care about always having the latest iPhone. I just want a new iPhone to replace my iPhone 6. When the iPhone 14 comes out I don't plan on purchasing the newest/latest phone for years.

Hopefully, the tweaks come with an improved respect for users as "real people", as opposed to being reduced to disposable "data banks" for Twitter. I had opened an account a few years back, but it kept getting plagued with gratuitous account-lockings by Twitter.
Twitter kept gratuitously accusing me of being "a robot" 😄, only for me to repeatedly prove them wrong. Eventually, I just threw my hands up, and said that's it. After a hiatus, I opened a new account recently, being on the look out for a better experience this time around. Hopefully, Twitter's "tweaks" include an adjustment in Twitter's attitude.

A subscription will cost more in the long run unless you're a fan boy who has to have the next gen device. Apple getting millions of people to pay monthly is a cash cow.
