I'm from Pittsburgh and moved to South Carolina 5 years ago because I couldn't handle the winters up there. Now 50 degrees feels like a deep freeze to me. I think it's safe to say I'll never hack a minnesota winter!
Wimps. Any real Minnesotan knows how to handle that type of weather. When I grew up in Minnesota my mom made me walk to school in 4 ft of snow. Strength training.

Here in Kentucky, on Halloween it's supposed to be 40 for a high, 24 for a low, rainy, and wind chills in the day at 24 and night feeling like 19.
