I tried to walk my dog the in the morning the other day, and I was attacked. I'm 45, the man was mid 30s 220 pounds. We fought for 10 min. If I never trained in bjj, I probably would of lost, or worst gotten killed. Some nice people called the cops while I had him pinned down.

: People can’t cope with the reality that any random crazy person can harm them. It ought not to happen but we don’t live in an “ought to” world. You’re not safe. Men, women, dogs and even bears get killed whilst minding their own business. Add guns to that mix as is the case in the US and things get very dicey.
