What swastikas is she talking about for one and two there's nothing systematic about not being able to find Qualified people to work with you as I've discovered in my work although even when I had to take a state exam at a certain percentile for passing others that were not capable of getting those same numbers we're giving a lesser percentile because of their race that doesn't qualify them to do the work I do in fact it disqualifies them because their work is not as it should be when it comes to Quality and when it comes to putting equipment in homes that could potentially become hazardous and dangerous if not installed correctly that makes a big difference whether or not that person is qualified to install for a company that I represent according to my definition which is pretty accurate because I have to be concerned of people's safety under the license I would work but the other people as long as they have insurance can qualify even though it could cause harm to others something's wrong with this picture another words we can always find the people we need to work with us it's not a prejudicial standing it's just the way it is unfortunately we have cities that do not have education for everyone the way it should it's not balanced that doesn't make the people bad it just qualifies them to get better training because their cities don't have it. That should not reflect on me personal or my opinion whether I should or should not be hiring other races if they're not qualified.
