Compare his actions at buying a million N95 masks and still holding on to them at a very crucial time when patients are in critical condition and dying, hospital personnel getting sick and dying, essential workers exposing themselves for lack of masks. Compare his immoral and heartless action to people who are making homemade masks to distribute for free to people who need them for protection. I think the US Government had done a thorough investigation before they went there to take the N95 masks like does he/she have a business license for that amount of masks? Did he declare his earnings or losses in his previous income tax? Is his house zoned for that amount of business? Does he register his business? Does he have a business license for that amount of goods? I mean ONE MILLION MASKS! People sell a used backpack for 40 bucks… I think that's allowed in social media and other internet outlet without needing all the paper work to become legit.

44. Yes, it's WRONG for this individual to hoard 1,000.000 N95 masks, and it is WRONG for any institution to profit from health care. That is why we need to socialize health care, just like K-12 public education (socialized), parks (socialized), at one point public colleges and universities with free tuition (socialized). Millions of Americans are in need of masks to protect themselves from the virus so that they don't end up in a hospital. What this guy did is wrong. How did we get in this situation? American manufacturers pulling out of the US to build factories in China for more profit is wrong with no regard for American families who were negatively affected by that decision. At this moment, we are at the mercy of those who produce the PPE in China. As Governor Cuomo said that all the governors are fighting for the same stuff and they are not in the US. They are in China and they are not sending them to the US. Why blame the present leaders in the federal and state governments? They were not there 30 years ago when all the supply chains moved to China from the US. Who made those decisions? Not even President Trump. In fact, he won the presidency because he had the guts to call China on this and acted right away to put a dent on it by taxing the goods, many of them are from American factories in China, that are entering the US. The corona virus is different. It destroyed the supply chain in an amazing rate. It brought down all the economies in the world. It will be insane to go back to the kind of manufacturing that disadvantage the American citizens.
