13. ACA was a wreck for working families until Trump got rid of the mandated penalty. It was a ridiculous and unfair TAX! I believe the mandate was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. Remember when Nancy said they had to pass it to find out what was in it? Public healthcare has lower quality and is less accessible than the private market. The private market is always way more efficient and middle class doesn’t want to lose that option.
