Gun violence prevention has almost ZERO to do with the guns or gun control

Gun control:
I'm an inventor of futuristic ideas.
(1) stop reproduction of ammunition on all old-style handguns, rifles, semi repeaters, assault weapons as well as all the fire arms themselves. Here is the solution. The world already has the technology to make a major change in the way that firearms operate! New guns in general need a major upgrade. I'm talking about high-tech technology that would be installed in the firearm itself.
(2) each new firearm would be assembled with special technology that has a built-in computer chip that operates the firing order of the gun. I will further explain this point. All shotguns would be exempt from the order. Handguns and all rifles would have a specialized clip that holds only three bullets. Reloading time would be five minutes before the firearm could be re-fired. The handguns and rifles would wi-fi built in technology with a cell phone type or a lithium replaceable battery so that it does not need recharged often. Also the handguns and rifles would have a built-in camera that is activated each time the firearm has been fired. The handguns and rifles would have fingerprint technology and will not fire unless thumbprint is taken. This would send a signal each time the firearm has been fired with Nano second technology for the camera and thumbprint. Each gun is rendered inactive until the safety switch has been turned on.
(3) other specialized features could be added to this operation such as ZIP Code or area code, phone registration and any other safety precautions that could be added to this operation. I feel strongly about the elimination of certain guns and ammunition that is supplied in the United States and abroad. This is however not a 100% solution to the gun problem that we have in this country and abroad. However it would probably have a 70 to 80% reduction in firearm usage as to committing harm our death to other people. The police would not have all of these restrictions to their firearms. For instance the handgun clips would hold a full round of bullets with no timing mechanism added to their firearms. They would also have camera technology, fingerprint technology. Shotguns would be allowed with camera and fingerprint technology along with other things that would need to be in their arsenal.
(4) the re-productivity of these new firearms would make billions of dollars in sales in the US alone. People do need a way to protect themselves but it needs to be done with a protective measure to people and the society that we live under! It only took me 30 minutes to come up with this invention. There is really no excuse because we already have the technology that is needed to bring this about! So why wait? Don't you think it's time to get it done? Let's put a stop to much of the killing of innocent people!
