  6. Delusional. Do some research. Biden said his next nomination was going to be a black woman, he even said that on the campaign trail BEFORE HE VETTED ANY CANDIDATES. By announcing publicly that you would limit the search to a specific race and sex. You eliminate the vast majority of qualified candidates from consideration. And it is thereby virtually certain, technically, that you will fail to pick the strongest candidate. It is a charade to pretend she earned this position through hard work and intelligence alone. This is literally a textbook definition of the word “charade”.

    Charade: a blatant pretense or deception, especially something so full of pretense as to be a travesty.

  11. Hoping that if Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson gets appointed to the Supreme Court, she flips to the libertarian side like Judge Janice Rogers Brown who went from being a liberal judicial activist to a constitutionalist.

And since Obiden is not king, he must abide by the laws or he is a felon. 70s, 80, 90s, 00s, hiring/promotions bc of skin color is racism, thus is a felony. But now it’s suddenly ok?
