All electric cars offer NO environmental improvement. The sad TRUTH is that batteries have as bad a carbon footprint as gas cars. Renewables can't supply the demand and the grid can't handle the load no matter what they do. But, many of the Elites supporting Biden will get even richer. The only viable alternative is hydrogen fuel cells coupled with the new electric drivetrains. The hydrogen isn't burned and would come from many sources including sea water. Only 3% of car sales are electric now but he is going to FORCE everyone to buy a technology they know won't work and on a trip you have to stop to recharge for hours every 2 to 400 miles.
