This administration is conflicting with itself every second. It said "keystone xl won't be completed in a year if it wasn't shut down by this administration, so it cannot help with current oil price", but somehow these newly leased land is able to help current gas price? Without development?

Gas in France (after you convert their money and change liters to gallons) is over $7 per gallon.
The British are paying $8 per gallon, and the people in the Netherlands are paying over $10 per gallon.
