It’s a game of chicken. It’s not the wall exactly. The democrats want to shame and defeat Trump. Each needs public support. He can win easily by making them look unreasonable. US spends about 600 billion on military, 50 billion on foreign aid in 2016. He wants 5 billion for the wall. They offered 1 billion but now I read they say 0 and no wall.
He should say in another public address he is only asking for 1.5 billion now with the rest to come later and he will end the government shutdown. How can the Democrats say no? The government workers and the public will blame them.
Then Trump takes the money and starts building the wall. After the money is used up and the wall is 1/3 or 1/4 built he will make sure that it looks beautiful and will show the public pictures with the government workers standing in front of it. Then he will say we’ve gone this far, the wall is beautiful, it’s successful and we need the rest of the funding to complete it.
How can the Democrats then say no? Are they going to leave a brand new wall worth $1.5 billion just sitting there? Also Trump could shut down the government again but it will not be necessary.
Trump will win on the national emergency on the drug epidemic alone, but I do not know if it is enough get him his wall. Though it would be enough for him to close the border. Too many law enforcement , for the democrats to overcome that. The reality there is going have to be a compromise, which would mean at least parts of the wall would be built. There will no end to the shutdown without a compromise.

Yet dems are pushing illegal gun controls and red flag laws that violate multiple amendments of the constitution. Now we're going to have to stock pile guns and hide them in multiple locations. Gun control does not stop criminal intent it just make law abiding majority into criminals. As an Army veteran I will not comply and I will resist. I am willing to die for my rights.

1. Americans should save some money every month for emergent use.
2. Don't vote anyone who belongs to Republicans or Democrats.
