His family were with him at his time of death and at a time when thousands and thousands of working class people were turned away from hospitals because of covid.. This is a class war, always will be. Is he the first vet that died ?

ABOUT the TRIP many people are blaming he or his family for(?) PLEASE read…The trip, which was GIFTED to he and his family by BRITISH AIRWAYS and "VISIT BARBADOS" was before the stiff travel restrictions and lockdowns. (Clue: airline) It was on the 100 year old's bucket list. They were tested several times. Covid was NOT contracted on his trip. He got pneumonia in January, also not on his trip. He felt great, his words. He still was negative for Covid each time tested, even in hospital. It wasn't until his day of discharge from a 10 day stay in hospital that he actually tested positive. He didn't give Covid to a soul. The trip was a lifelong dream that at 100, and with ALL his amazing service to country, he darn well deserved.
And lets not forget the "Just Giving " web site which only managed to pocket 5% of the £32,000,000
Nah, most of us dont actually care.
Why was he not giving the first but no one will answer this question
I love the fact that someone (and well done to whoever it was) has ensured that his full entitlement of medals were up to scratch! The Defence Service Medal missing from his first pictured array shows a reciprocation of care. Duty done you may stand down Sir Tom.
