7. The recent 'resignations' point to at least these two thoughts:
   
   1. These people are fed-up with the judicial system's preferential treatment to the father (and others involved).
   
   2. These people have some degree of guilt (embezzlement, financially based theft, misrepresentation…??) and Spears' recent claims worry them.
   
   Whatever it is, I've never been a fan, but do recognize mental illness. Something has to change on both sides of this Louisiana Trailer Park Saga.

11. NO he is worried he, her dad, and the judge are all going to jail soon. Resigning is not going to stop him and the crooked judge from going to jail. I feel bad for Ms. Spears, her lawyers in the past must have been part of that good ole boy system, don't make no waves, go along to get along, otherwise Ms. Spears would have been free of this illegal action imposed by this good ole boy judge long ago. Remember the judge appointed the guy (probably a buddy of his) that is in charge of her money and the same judge approves the financial actions this guy takes with Ms. Spears money without ever consulting Ms. Spears for her approval or serving her with notice of a hearing. Request after request probably each time asking for excessive attorneys fees and management fees which make its way back to the judge. Otherwise why would any honest judge continue to rule that she could not have access to money that she earned or that she was so bad off that he also appointed someone to decide what medical treatment she could or could not get, ie., like seeing a doctor or doctors not appointed by the Court to examine her to give a new medical opinion that she can take care of her affairs. Ms. Spears, who is an adult and who managed to make millions and work with producers and top executives to produce albums, videos, commercials, etc. during this entire time of this judges imprisonment of her. There is no way they could prove her incapable of being mentally or physically incapable of handling her own affairs.
